Hi, Abigail! These panoramic skyscapes are brilliant. You have captured another outstanding set of images that celebrate God's artistry. The last one shines so brightly that it almost seems necessary to wear shades while gazing at it. Great job, dear Abigail! I wish you a very happy week ahead!
It's humbling, isn't it? The quiet beauty of a sunset and it happens every night. Great photos with nice colors. Xo ~ Michelle

Hello friend!
I think you hit something wonderful when the idea of recording sunsets became reality in your life. You are grasping at wind (as N.D. Wilson would call capturing a moment in time) but you are capturing wind and fire. If the clouds are pressed around you, you collect a billion suspended raindrops inside your lens instead. If the sky be clear, you are capturing the veil that covers worlds unknown. It really is quite a startling thing when you begin to think carefully about ALL of the things you are focussing on, or otherwise! God's work is endless.
Question: Do you read poetry? What inspires your writing? Do you gather word ideas from particular song lyrics? Lots of Qs I know, but I know my own writing is going through a little tune up, so I am continually on the search for others who love words.
P.S. Pick up "Death by Living" by N.D. Wilson, if you haven't already. He will rock your little horsey leaving you in a dazed ecstasy of thought galaxies!

Wow, I think I'd have to say that the first one is my favorite! Though they are all so very lovely!

March 17th is just dreamy, but I love them all! Beautiful work, as usual!
Cheers,

Crazy busy evenings and days on this end as of late, too. Case in point, I just went 2.5 days without even so much as getting a moment to flick on my computer. I suspect the rest of the month (and perhaps season) could follow suite. Thankfully, some nights there's some down time and the ability to slip online while the rest of the house is sleeping.

What a great sequence of sunsets - a timely reminder of the infinite variety in each moment of every day.
I love the colors in the first one! But my absolute favorite is the windmill one of course :)
They just keep getting prettier :)

thanks, Marlen.
it's been great fun and eye opening for me :)
interesting. my spring looks full as well.
always nice to wind down and read others blogs, don't you think?
best wishes for your health and busy season, Jessica :)
The way you explained how you take things that come your way was answer enough for me. I completely understand what you mean about putting words into sentences, as I used to have the same trouble. I still do to a certain extent, but not as badly. Blogging has also been a way of unleashing my thoughts in many different written forms! It is neat how whenever you put your hands to the task at hand, and put your mind to it, saying to yourself," I can do this, and I am going to make it beautiful!", really lends a needed push.
I love looking at your pictures! I want to see more!
Thanks for sharing!
