wow! 30 weeks already!
i almost cannot believe that.
but it has become a habit. a delightful part of my routine.
i doubt i could forget it if i tried.
i can't believe that August is over, either.
but here is the month of September. i just love the fall months.
summer is amazing, but fall is amazing-er (is that a word?)

As sad as I am to see summer ending, I love autumn a lot more, too. I can't wait to see what you post this fall! They're will probably tons of pretty sunsets for you to take pictures of this upcoming season. These ones are just stunning; you've captured the end of Summer of 2014 perfectly. I love August 24th, 27th, and 30th--the way the sun is coming from the clouds is just gorgeous :).

30 weeks of The Sunset Project, dear Abigail, and all this time no two sunsets looked exactly the same. My favorite sunset this week is last Sunday's image with all its turbulence and drama and the beautiful effect of rain bands back-lit by the receding sun.
I hope your Labor Day is going splendidly, dear friend. I just returned from a family dinner at a fish restaurant in my town and, wouldn't you know it, the place played nonstop classic oldies on their sound system. In other words my wish, the one I made in my reply to your comment on SDMM, was granted the very same day! :)
